Phase 2: The Pizza Philosophy – Finished Cold .After the tour, we light up our historic ancient wood oven. Our process is simple yet magical: we bake our artisanal, slow-fermented dough to crispy perfection, topped only with premium base mozzarella and a drizzle of local olive oil. Phase 3: Co-Create Your MasterpieceOnce the hot crust leaves the roaring fire, the table becomes your canvas. You are invited to customize your pizza using the exclusive, seasonal selection of organic ingredients harvested straight from the fields you just walked through—such as fresh arugula, sweet figs, homegrown tomatoes, aromatic herbs, and local delicacies.
